Circus Theatre Company Recirquel from Budepast is performing on the 4th and 5th of Sepetember at the festival Cultura Nova. The founder and artistic director of Recirquel invited 11 young acrobats to participate in a new production created for the 20th SZIGET Festival Anniversary. Recirquel’s first premiere became an overnight success. The young company drew not only the attention of audiences, but avoke the interest of the Palace of Arts – Budapest (Hungary’s leading cultural institute), and was asked to create it’s first full-evening contemporary circus show. In 2013 spring Night Circus was born. The show became a cultural highlight of Budapest. In 2014 spring the company’s second production: The Naked Clown was premierred at the Budapest Spring Festival, and is currently playing at the Palace of Arts.
